Yolanda P. Millan was a beloved mother, grandmother and sister she passed away peacefully and went to be with our Lord, on March 23, 2022 surrounded by her loving family.
Yolanda was born in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated from Harlandale High School in 1972, and thereafter became an employee of the Harlandale Independent School District where she worked for many years. Yolanda was a woman of immense faith, she was a kind, compassionate, patient person and was always ready to give advice and help others. She was known as Momma, Old lady, Grammy's, Momo, Grandma, Queen, Sister, Nana, Yoli and Cousin. Yolanda had a love for life and did not hesitate to get up and go at a moment's notice for family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking, fishing and traveling; she especially loved to travel to the beach. But her greatest love was spending time with her family. Heaven has gained an Angel.
Yolanda was preceded in death by her husband, Leocadio Millan, her parents Antonio and Guadalupe Puente and her best friend Antonio Nunez Jr.
Yolanda is survived by her daughter Nicole VanOver-Coleman and son-in-law John, her Son Antonio Nunez III and daughter-in-law Kindall, step-children Leo Millan (Denise), and Leo Millan.
