Mr. William E. Peters, born in Kansas City, Missouri, died Saturday, June 17, 2017 in San Antonio at the age of 84.  Mr. Peters proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 30 years of service.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Romana C. Peters; daughter, Susan R. Flores (Michael); grandchildren: Lucienne Flores and Norielle Flores; numerous nieces and nephews.
