Victoria G. Rodriguez joined her Savior's hand in heaven, February 7, 2016.  She was born in Marion, TX on March 23, 1930.   She worked as a seamstress for a commercial curtain company where she created curtains that hang in the Majestic Theater and the Federal Courthouse.  Vickie enjoyed bowling, dancing, traveling, family gatherings, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Esther Rodriguez; sister, Dolores Cruz, and brothers Guadalupe and Alfredo Guerrero. Vickie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Patricio H. Rodriguez, son Ruben and wife, Juana Rodriguez, daughter, Annette and husband, Roy Travers, grandchildren Amanda, Marissa, Vincent, Kaitlin and Elizabeth; brothers, Gregorio and Joe Guerrero, sister, Virginia Uranga; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin Thursday at 5:00 PM in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 8:45 A.M. at St. James Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Assn or the American Cancer Society.
