Mr. Victor H. Lopez, Jr. age 77 passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Susan Lopez; daughters, Sandra Desiervi (Joey), Cheryl Hess (Chris); sister, Yolanda Lopez; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Mr. Lopez was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Leonor Lopez; son, Todd Andrew Lopez; sisters, Mary Esther Waldorf, Gloria Gomez, and Edilia Karle.

Victor was a self-taught musician who began playing guitar while still in his teens.  His music career took him to the coast of California, Las Vegas and back to San Antonio. While in California he was introduced to the game of golf, which became his passion.

In 1985 Victor met and married Susan, they shared 31 love filled years together. He continued to entertain and play music until 1995 when he moved to South Dakota. Victor worked at Larson Manufacturing until he retired in 2008. He would return to San Antonio annually to spend time with family and friends.
