It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Velia, who passed away on 18 July 2023.

Velia was a source of unwavering love and guidance for her children and her passing leaves a void that can never be filled.

Our mother was a devout believer in God's goodness and instilled this faith in her children.  She was also a devoted wife to her husband, Daniel, and went above and beyond to care for him during his extended periods of illness.  Her unwavering love and dedication to her family were an inspiration to all who knew her.

As a military wife, our mother was a pillar of strength during her husband's long military absences.  She ensured that her children had a clean house, good meals, and a safe haven during these absences.  Through her example, she taught us about the importance of perseverance and progress, making her an abundant role model.

Our mother, Velia, was a hard worker in all aspects of her life and she instilled in us a strong sense of responsibility.  She believed that success in life comes from hard work, and she worked tirelessly to ensure her husband and children had everything they needed to succeed.

We will always remember our mother's unwavering love, strength, and devotion to her family.  She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, our dear mother, and know that your love and guidance will live on in our hearts forever.
