Theresa Barbara Fabrizzio Hammond was born November 4, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas and entered into peaceful rest on Saturday, July 25, 2020. Theresa was the fourth child to the late Frank Anthony Fabrizzio, Sr and Barbara Ann (Granieri) Fabrizzio. She is also preceded in death by her brother Frank Anthony Fabrizzio, Jr.

Theresa was a 1975 graduate of Sam Houston High School where she also spent her last 24 years working with the Special Education Department, which she recently retired.

Theresa enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, they were her world and she was so proud of them.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Fabrianna Lozano-Ali (Musheer Ali), Donisha Hammond (Ronald Henderson, Jr); grandchildren, Gerrell Ali, Ghaliyah Ali, Jamari Duhart and Dashon Hammond-Henderson; sister, Julianna Wise; brother, Johnny Fabrizzio; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will begin on Friday, July 31, at 10:00 A.M. with a Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 A.M. at the Angelus Chapel.  Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. at MeadowLawn Memorial Park.

Pallbearers: Fred Davis, Marecus Goodloe, Clayton Guillory, Maurice Owens, Ronald Henderson Jr., and John Coleman.  Honorary Pallbearers: Musheer Ali, Gerrell Ali, Anthony Martino, and Frank Granieri
