Stella B. Garcia, age 70, of San Antonio, entered into rest on Friday, May 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adolfo Garcia Sr.; parents, Jose R. Briseno, Sr. and Antonia G. Briseno; and her brother, Joe G. Briseno, Jr. Stella is survived by her children, Adolfo Garcia Jr. and wife, Carol, Stella Nelson, Sandra Hernandez and husband, David, and Maclovio Garcia and wife, Anna; sister, Isabel Peralta and husband, Jesse; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, May 21, at 4:00 PM with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral mass will be offered on Thursday, May 22, at 9:00 AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
