Sister Josepha Regan, CDP, entered eternal life on June 20, 2017 at the age of 101. Her parents, Patrick and Amelia (Hebert) Regan, named her Lily Mae.  Sister Josepha was born October 29, 1915 in Iota, Louisiana.

She professed first vows on June 27, 1934.  Sister Josepha began her ministerial life as a teacher at St. Mary Academy in Palestine, Texas.

She received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Education from Our Lady of the Lake College.  Sister Josepha taught for 57 years and served in family ministry for 14 years.

She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and their families and all her other Sisters of Divine Providence.  She was preceded in death by her parents Patrick and Amelia Regan and siblings: Reverend Patrick, Clyde (Nora), Mitt and Joseph Regan and Mabel Jardel and Mamie Duplechin.
