Sarah Leticia (Barrera) Mathews, born September 5, 1972 and went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 16, 2014 was a remarkable woman who could light up a room with her presence. Sarah had the biggest heart and enjoyed to be surrounded by those she loved. Sarah graduated from Providence High School in 1991 and worked at Rackspace. She was preceded in death by her mother, Esperanza D. Barrera and sisters, Laura Barrera and Anna Rosa Barrera. Sarah is survived by her loving husband of 14 years James (Chad) Mathews, siblings, Emily Parent (John), David Barrera (Norma), Paul Barrera (Kirsten), Rebecca Barrera, Peter Barrera (Alma), Juan Barrera (Romanita) and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Sarah will be missed by all who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd at 1:00 P.M. at The Angelus Chapel.
