Sara Anne (Stein) Clancey died on Thursday, March 24th, 2016.  Sara will be remembered as a loving, kind, and generous wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Sara obtained 2 Masters Degrees and enjoyed her professional life as a Special Education Teacher in both the Harlandale and Northeast Independent School Districts. She also taught Theology at Incarnate Word High School. Sara was most impressed with the work of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, and received her Certification as a Peer Support Specialist in 2015.

Sara was preceded in death by her beloved son Ryan, her twin brother, and her parents. She is mourned by her husband Patrick, her daughters Andrea (Roger) Perez and Anne Marie Clancey, her grandchildren Ava, August, Abram, Auerelia and Lola Grace, her brother Karl (Jan) Stein, and many relatives and friends.

Her family takes comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her son Ryan. Her family is confident that Sara has found eternal peace in the loving arms of God.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church,
