Sandra L. Garcia's Obituary
On April 18, 2016, Sandra L. Garcia, slipped the bonds of Earth and woke to the welcoming arms of our Lord. Sandra was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who cherished every moment with her family.
She was preceded in death by husband Emil A. Garcia, Jr., son Frederick L Garcia and sister Consuelo (Rita) Hutchins. She is survived by daughters Sandra M Gonzales, Loretta E Brown (Jesse Brown) and Teresa A Vieira (Paul Vieira) of Colorado. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Yolanda Cuellar (Richard M Cuellar, deceased) and Joann Paniagua (Daniel Paniagua).
Sandra loved life and was proud of her family. Every day they spent together was precious to them all. Sandra was a long time member of St. James Catholic Church where she was a pillar of Faith to all that knew her.
FUNERAL SERVICES
Visitation will begin on Monday, April 25, at 5:00pm with Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm at The Angelus Chapel. Rite of Christian Burial Mass will be offered on Tuesday, April 26, at 10:30am at Holy Family Catholic Church, 152 Florencia Ave, San Antonio.
