Mr. Rudy R. Gutierrez age 78 of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Rudy proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a retiree of H-E-B after many years of service.

Mr. Gutierrez was preceded in death by his daughter, Sonia Irizarry; and is survived by his wife of 58 years, Altagracia Garcia; daughter, Elizabeth Gutierrez; grandsons, Jonathan and Nicolas Flores; great-granddaughter, Aubrey Flores; his siblings, Annette, Tammy, Susan, and Sofio; along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Sunday, November 16th at 4:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00pm at the Angelus Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday, November 17th at 9:00am at St. Leo the Great Catholic Church.  Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
