Mrs. Ruby Alcantar age 77 of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Mrs. Alcantar is survived by her children, Joseph Alcantar, Teresa Alcantar, Edward Alcantar, and George Alcantar; grandchildren, Lydia, Veronica, Tommie, Joseph and Ariana. Visitation will begin on Monday, July 27, at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, July 28, at 9:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 3107 N. St. Mary's Street, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
