Ruben Rodriguez Cuevas, of San Jose De Aura Coahuila Mexico, was called to be with the Lord at the age of 86, on Sunday, June 13, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents Benjamin and Sara Cuevas; brothers, Raul, Jose and Elias, and daughter-in-law Elsa Rendon Cuevas.

He is survived by his wife Angelica, sons Ruben Jr. (CJ), Raul and his wife Patricia, daughter Bertha and her husband Mark Ramirez, grandchildren Monica, Eric and his wife Jessica, Claudia, Lorena and her husband Clayton Purvis, Christian Ramirez, great grandchildren Gavin, Ben, Gabriela, Ryan, Alina, Alexandria and Everett, his sisters Raquel and Maggie, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ruben was a man of few words with character and strength like no other, with so much love and commitment to his family, and his love of life.  He had an inner strength with grit and faith that allowed him to keep his own counsel.  Ruben enjoyed watching action packed movies, he loved a good joke and to tease, and he loved a good cup of coffee.
