Mrs. Rose Ann Alderete age 65 passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015. Rose Ann was devoted to her family and her work. She retired from civil service after many years at Kelly AFB and the Port of Beaumont. She enjoyed cooking, watching novellas and spending time with her family. Rose Ann was preceded in death by her mother, Enedina R. Mejia. She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Harmon; children: Arthur M. Alderete, Stephanie Alderete (fiancee Fabian Mata), Roxanne Ramirez (Chris); father, Juan Mejia; brothers and sisters: Berta, Virginia, Grace, Cecilia, Johnny and Arthur; grandchildren: Alexis, Madlyn, Mia, Emma, Estefan, Jaidyn, Eliana and Jayce; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin Thursday at 5:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.3.
