Rosario Perez-Martinez, beloved mother and grandmother, entered into eternal rest on May 14, 2026, at the age of 81. She was born in Santiago Papasquiaro, Durango Mx., to the late Lorenza Martinez Brink and Roberto Perez Montoya on June 7, 1944.

Rosario was the heart of her family. She found her greatest joy in bringing everyone together, especially around the dinner table. Family dinners were important to her, and she always wanted to hear about everyone's day, making each person feel seen, loved, and cared for. Whether she was preparing a home-cooked meal, tending to her garden, sewing or knitting with care, listening and singing along to music, dancing with joy, or enjoying long drives with family, she created memories that will forever live in the hearts of those blessed to know her.

She was a devoted Catholic woman with a heart rooted in faith, family, and unconditional love, who leaves behind a legacy that will continue through generations. She was a woman of strength, warmth, and compassion whose presence brought comfort and laughter to every gathering. Her home was always open, her kitchen always full, and her love always endless. She had a beautiful way of making everyone feel welcomed, supported, and deeply loved.

She is survived by her children: Kikko (Rose), Bobby (Lenny), Hector (Evelyn), and Nelly (Valentin). She also leaves behind seventeen cherished grandchildren and nine beloved great-grandchildren who will continue to carry her love and memory in their hearts.

Rosario's love, wisdom, faith, and beautiful spirit will continue to guide her family always. Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now reunited in eternal peace with the Lord.
