It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Richard Blanchard. He passed away on March 14, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 52.

Richard was born on November 24, 1963 in Lebanon, NH to father Forrest Blanchard and mother Linda Blanchard.

Richard was an honorable man that served two tours in Desert Storm in the Air Force and was a stalwart of CASO's Document Care Center for over 15 years as a Document Care Specialist.
