Ricardo Trevino, son of Jose and Isabel Trevino, was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 18, 1937, passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 86.

Our father was a kind, gentle, charming, and quiet man who lit the room when he laughed.  He was an example of patience, courtesy, and dignity.

He enjoyed reading, listening to old time country music, going out to dinner, and spending time with his beloved family and friends.

He was preceded by his parents and brother, Joe Trevino.  He is survived by his son, Anthony Trevino; daughter, Yvette Oathout; grandchildren, Jacqueline Ghigliotty (Richard), Marina Zeitler, and Nicole Oathout; great grandchildren, Jamison, Austin, Isaac, and Hayden Ghigliotty; sister, Beatrice Quintero; niece and nephews, Patricia Huene, Robert and Arthur Quintero; mother of his two children, Nancy Josie Trevino; and numerous extended family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, May 8th at 5:30pm with a Prayer Service to be held at 6:30pm at the Angelus Chapel.  Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 9th at 10:00am at the Angelus Chapel.  Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
