Raul Arispe, Sr. was born in San Antonio, TX August 17, 1943 and attended Fox Tech High School. He proudly served his country for 3 years after joining the Army in 1961. He met and married Mary Olga in 1968. He was a proud father of 3 children, Roy Jr., Rose Ann, and Ronald. His love carried over to his 3 loving grandchildren, Nicholas, Alan, and Elliott, and his daughter-in-law. He honorably continued to serve his country through his Civil Service work of 30 years at Kelly Air Force Base. Roy would want to be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, friend, hard worker, and Man of God. Roy is survived by his loving wife, Mary Olga; his children: Rose Ann, Roy Jr., and Ronald (Vanessa); 3 grandchildren; his brother, 3 sisters, numerous nephews and nieces. He will be missed by all who truly knew him. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 5:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Prayer Service to begin at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will be held on Thursday in The Angelus Chapel from 8:30 A.M.- 9:15 A.M. A funeral procession will then depart to Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery for burial.
