Patrick Rogers, Jr., age 77, a loving father, cherished grandfather, and beloved brother is now at peace. Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Patrick Sr. and Guadalupe Rogers and a brother, William Louis Rogers who died in Vietnam.  He is survived by a son, Patrick Rogers III; a daughter, Cynthia Rogers Diefert; a son-in- law, Anton Diefert; six grandchildren: Andrea Mason, Natalie and Monica Diefert, Henry, London, and William Rogers; and two brothers Richard and Thomas Rogers.

Born in San Antonio, Patrick was a graduate of Central Catholic High School.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, bowling, and golf until he became ill.

FUNERAL SERVICES

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 21st, at 6:00 p.m. at The Angelus Funeral Home, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday, April 22nd, at 8:30 a.m. at San Francesco di Paola Catholic Church at 205 Piazza Italia. Procession to San Fernando Cemetery #2, at 746 Castroville Road, for interment will follow.
