Mrs. Oralia Puente, age 84 of San Antonio went to be with our Lord on Friday, January 12, 2018.

Mrs. Puente is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Jesse J. Puente, Jr. She was a wonderful mother to her sons: Daniel, Charles, and Mark Puente.  She is also survived by her sister, Terri Gomez and husband Fortunato Gomez; daughters-in-law Cynthia and Jo Ann; 5 grandsons; 7 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.

For 34 years, Ora commanded the kitchen for the Redemptorist priests of St. Gerard Parish in East San Antonio.  Her exceptional culinary skills, at work and at home, were only exceeded by the gifts of charity, compassion, humor, and dedication she showed to her beloved family and friends.

Funeral Mass will be offered
at 9:45 a.m.
at St. Gerard's Catholic Church

San Antonio, Texas

Interment will follow at
Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery
