Miguel Guevara entered eternal rest at the age of 62. He was born in Karnes City, raised on a ranch in McCoy, Texas and passed peacefully on December 15, 2020.
He was preceded in death and was raised by his grandparents Manuel Guevara, Sr. and Juanita Flores-Guevara, his mother Maria Elena Devora-Guevara and sister Mary Hope Garcia.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Sandra Munoz-Guevara, step-son Oscar Javier Vela; father Margarito Guevara; sister, Margie Guevara-Clark and 7 nieces and nephews.
Miguel will be remembered for his love to his family and his enthusiasm for music. He was known to love Jesus and others before himself and gave generously to the community through his side business as DJ Diamond Mike. He obtained much joy from his involvement in the Mariachi Vargas Extravaganza where he was loved by many. Mostly, he shared his passion for raising cattle and working on his ranch with his Godchildren and those dearest to him.
