Mary Louise "Lulu" Valdillez was called home to the Lord April 17, 2015. Lulu was the beloved daughter of Jesus and Josephina Sepulveda and wife of the late Lorenzo "Larry" Valdillez. Mary is survived by children, JoAnn Gonzales husband Roy, Anthony "Larry" wife Socorro, Francisco wife Suzanne, and Caesar wife Linda; brother Frank Sepulveda, sister Guadalupe "Lupita" Salazar and numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by siblings Evelyn, Beatrice, Janie, Jesse and grandson Joseph. She was born Febuary 12, 1930 in Kimball, NE and graduated from Lanier High school in 1947. Lulu retired from Kelly AFB after 36 years of faithful civil service. She was a devoted wife, beloved mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to teaching her children and grandchildren faith, being good citizens, and to work hard for success. She touched many lives with her love, kindness and compassion for others. Visitation will begin Wednesday, April 22nd, at 3:00 PM, Rosary recited at 7:00 PM in The Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass Thursday, April 23rd, at 8:45 AM at Mission San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
