Mary Helen De La Cruz, born June 15, 1943, passed away on July 13, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.

Mary Helen retired as a partner of HEB and worked in the food industry all her life.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro Sr. and Catherine Medina De La Cruz; brother, Ralph De La Cruz; nephew, Nicholas Lopez; and by her beloved Godchild, John Munoz.

She is survived by her sisters, Carmen Lopez (Marcos), Cecilia De La Fuente (Edward); brother, Pedro De La Cruz, Jr.; aunt, Beatrice Gongora; friend and caregiver, Debra Canamar; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Wednesday, July 18, at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, July 19, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 3107 N. St. Mary's Street. A private interment will be held at a later date.
