Mary E. Brooks age 82 of San Antonio, died on Friday, May 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Sapopa Brooks; sister, Stella B. Cavalier; and brothers, Joe Brooks and Charles Brooks. Mary is survived by her nieces, Elva Sanchez, Martha Tobar, Diana Lozano, Angie Islas, and Carolyn Brooks; nephews, Charles Brooks and Florencio Montes. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, May 20, at 6:00 PM with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Funeral mass will be offered on Wednesday, May 21, at 11:00 AM at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery No. 2.
