Maria Norbertha Escobedo Medina, 69 of San Antonio TX has exchanged her honorary halo of a beloved grandmother for her eternal wings on June 29 ^th , 2021 and went on to be with our lord after years of fighting a cancer diagnosis. Her family had the honor of being at her side when she made her transition at her sons' home in New Braunfels, TX.

Survived by her three adult children: Bertha Alicia Navarro (Juan Navarro), Erick Eleazar Medina (April Ann Medina), and Diego Z. Medina. She will be greatly missed by her 8 grandchildren: Juan Navarro Jr., Kristen Navarro, Erick E. Medina Jr., Arianna Lauren Medina, Elena Celeste Medina, and Aidan Alec Medina, Diego Z. Medina Jr, and Dylan Medina. She leaves behind 1 great-granddaughter Alaïa Reign Medina (Erick E. Medina Jr). Also survived by her mother, Emiliana Tobias Reyna De Escobedo and her 9 siblings: Camila Escobedo Tobias, Seferina Escobedo Tobias, Maria Lourdes Escobedo Tobias, Andrea Escobedo Tobias, Rogelio Escobedo Tobias, Maria De Jesus Escobedo Tobias, Miguel Escobedo Tobias, Jose Guadeloupe Escobedo Tobias, and Francesca Escobedo Tobias Reyna. Predeceased by her father, Placido Escobedo Ramirez, and eldest brother, Francisco Escobedo Tobias.
