Lydia Virginia Molina, nicknamed "Jeannie" went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 11, 2024. Our beloved cousin was the only child of the late Lydia and late Martin Molina born in San Antonio, TX.  Jeannie attended Longfellow Junior High and was a 1972 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. She was single and never married. The love of her life was her beloved LaLa, her tiny Chihuahua, who spent many years by her side and was a loyal pet to her.

Jeannie was loved by all who knew her, including her large extended Molina family, her lifelong and new friends, and everyone she interacted with. Jeannie had a "big heart." On any given day she enjoyed drinking a cold drink and it was either a Big Red or a Dr. Pepper. She liked all types of music and knew the lyrics to many songs she sang to. Jeannie was so happy the day she celebrated her 70th Birthday.  Jeannie's parents, Lydia and Martin Molina, preceded her in death. Jeannie is survived by her loving family and friends.

A special acknowledgment and thank you to the owner and staff of Lee Personal Care Home (LEE PCH), Veronica and Ben, who spoiled her, and caregivers: Rocio, Freddy, Ani and Ezra and all the families that came through LEE PCH who cared for and loved Jeannie the last part of her life. The staff at Cardinal Hospice of San Antonio were also a tremendous gift of love and service to Jeannie.

John 11:25-26: "Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?"
