Mrs. Lupe Garcia Huerta age 92 of San Antonio died Sunday, March 16, 2014. Mrs. Huerta was preceded in death by her husband, Roy A. Huerta, Sr.; a son, Roy A. Huerta, Jr.; parents: David and Fidela Garcia; brothers: David, Rudy, Manuel and Richard; a sister, Josephine Alcocer. She is survived by her children: Grace H. Villarreal and husband Santos, Ron Huerta and wife Carol; sisters: Beatrice Rodriguez, Della Daniels, Lucille Gutierrez, Sylvia Alvarez and husband Richard; brothers: Willie Garcia, Joe Albert Garcia and wife Mary Helen; grandchildren: Veronica Garza, Santos H. Villarreal, Jeffrey, Jessica, Gregory and Brittany Huerta; great-grandchildren: Dallas Roy Huerta, Mercedes Medina, Andres and Omar Garza. Visitation will begin Wednesday at 9:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Catholic Church with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 A.M. and a Funeral Mass to be offered at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.3.
