Mrs. Lucia Lamar Navarro passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at the age of 85.  Mrs. Navarro was a lifelong resident of San Antonio, a member of San Fernando Cathedral and as part of her devotion to her catholic faith, was also a member of a bereavement committee.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Estevan and Rafaela Garza and by her husband, Jose Luis Navarro; siblings, Paula (Maclovio) Gonzalez, Esmeralda (Frank) Cisneros, Estevan Garza, Jose (Alicia) Garza.  She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and other family members.

Visitation will begin Saturday, September 22nd at 11:00 A.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary and Funeral Service to begin at 12:00 P.M.  A private interment will take place at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

As an animal lover, Lucia would have appreciated instead of flowers, for donations to be made to an animal organization or shelter of your choice.
