It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Kyle Matthew DeLashmutt on September 23rd, 2025, at the age of 29. Kyle left us too soon, but he left an undeniable mark on all who knew him.
A beloved son and brother, Kyle was born in San Antonio, TX on July 12th, 1996, graduated from Brooks Academy in 2015, and continued his education at San Antonio College with aspirations for a degree in business management. Professionally, Kyle held a variety of jobs, like furniture mover and AV Technician. But it was the service industry that showcased Kyle's social skills the most, as he spent many years as a server and bartender at bars & breweries in downtown San Antonio.
Kyle was known for his love of Star Wars, LEGO sets, Big Red soda, food, music, video gaming, collectables, along with his enthusiasm for his Datsun 280Z, and Honda kei truck. Friends and family will forever remember his unique humor, care-free attitude, kindness, and selflessness. Kyle had a talent for cooking, was a source of laughter for his family & friends. His memory will continue to shine as brightly as his smile.
Kyle is survived by his parents, Matthew & Lorna DeLashmutt, his brothers Michael, Justin, David, and Mitchell DeLashmutt, and sister-in-law, Lexandra DeLashmutt. He also leaves behind his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who were like family to him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elizabeth & Larry Albury, Donald & Donna DeLashmutt, his Aunt Elizabeth Albury, and Uncles; Benjamin Willborn & Richard Albury.
