Julie Sutton Mueller, 75, of San Antonio, Texas entered into eternal rest on October 3rd, 2017 in San Antonio, Tx. Julie was born in McAllen, Texas on August 13th, 1942 to Bill and Delores Sutton. Julie married the love of her life Lee Moritz Mueller on May 26th, 1961 in Austin, Tx.

Julie attended St. Peter's and St. Anthony's Elementary Schools and Incarnate Word High School, and remained an involved alumnus of the latter. After four years at the University of Texas at Austin Julie earned her PhT (Putting hubby Through) in 1964.  Julie supplemented the family income in college by tutoring college students in composition, and working as a stenographer.

Later in life, Julie was a co-founder with her husband Lee of Mueller & Associates, CPAs and served as its first office manager, typist, receptionist, and bookkeeper. She was a tireless supporter of her husband's career, once serving as the President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the San Antonio Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.

In her early years, she was an accomplished pianist, and throughout her life her beautiful photographs and paintings were treasured by the family members lucky enough to have received them.  Julie was an extremely generous person who contributed her time, finances, and support to her many family and friends.  She was a devoted daughter and mother.  Julie was most proud of the three children she raised with Lee, and their nine grandchildren. All of their children are successful, and all of their grandchildren are exceptional.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Delores Sutton, her brother John and her grandparents, Harry and Julia Hannes and William and Marie Sutton and her son-in-law Stephen Gallagher.

Julie is survived by her husband of 56 years, Lee; her children Miles and wife Jennifer, Melissa, and Lorin and wife Amanda. Her brother, William and his wife Deborah; her nine grandchildren, Ashley, Nathan, Zachary, Trey, Penny, Liam, Nathan, Ryan and Leo.

Pallbearers will be Timothy, Roger and Patrick Kiker,
Nathan, Zachary and Trey Mueller, Alan Peek and Marcues Forton.
