Julia Margaret Garcia was born on July 29, 1947, and went home to be forever with our Lord, on February 22, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph A. Garcia, Jr., and Rebecca Valfre Garcia, and survived by sisters, Rose Marie Garcia, Diana E. Garcia, Edith Sapaugh and brother, Richard Garcia, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Julia attended Edison High School where she sang mezzo-soprano for the Robed Choir, and then transferred to Mac Arthur High School. She loved music, dancing, jewelry, and flowers. She devoted her life to caring for and praying for others and always placed their concerns first. A Memorial service and Celebration of her life and Home going will be held at the Angelus Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
