Mr. Jose Luis Martinez, Jr. age 40 of San Antonio passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024.

Coach Joe is survived by his wife, Vanessa Uribe; parents, Guadalupe and Jose Luis Martinez, Sr.; Tobias Martinez; grandparents, Gilberto De La Rosa and Concepcion Ruiz Martinez; siblings, Margaret Garcia (Vincent), John Martinez (Cassandra); nieces, Raquel (Rocky) and Monroe Garcia.  Also survived by in-laws: Robert Sr. and Sylvia Uribe; sister-in-law, Esme; brother-in-law, Robbie; niece and nephew, Modesty and Devin.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Sunday, February 4th at 4:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel.  Funeral procession will depart the Angelus Chapel on Monday, February 5th at 8:30 A.M. for the Funeral Mass to be offered at 9:00 A.M. at St. Mary's Catholic Church (Downtown).  Interment will follow in San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery # 2.
