Mr. Jose Luis "Chino" Wong age 71 of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.

Mr. Wong was born on August 25, 1945 in Nueva Rosita, Coahuila, Mexico.  Chino worked in construction for over 25 years in Chicago until finally retiring in 2004.  After retiring he moved back to San Antonio where he continued to work around the house.  The house was always filled with laughter and joy when he told his tall tales and jokes.  When he wasn't watching a game or his novelas, he was outside maintaining his yard. His family knew he loved them very much, always making them a priority. He will be missed dearly.

He is survived by his wife, Alicia Wong; daughters, Veronica Wong, Susanna Wong, Erica Wong and husband James Myrick; grandchildren, Celene, Qiana (Joe Anthony II), Jacinda, Antonio, K'La, Dolores, Veronyce; great-grandchildren, Zayana, Joe Anthony III, and Laylanii.

Saturday, May 13, at 12:00 P.M.
at The Angelus Chapel.
