Joe G. Delmas

January 16, 1949 - August 20, 2018

Also known as Joey, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on August 20th. He graduated from La Salle High School in 1967. His favorite pastime was watching his favorite team, the San Antonio Spurs. Joey loved golf. He enjoyed watching and playing the game. He always had a passion for music and enjoyed playing his piano and guitar. For Joey, family was always first. He loved his parents and sisters. He also loved and enjoyed his nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews. They affectionally call him Uncle Monk, because he called them Monkeys.

Joey was preceded in death by his father, Charles F. Delmas. He is survived by his mother, Virginia Delmas; sister, Patricia Delmas Valdez and brother in law, Ram Valdez; sister Debbie Delmas Marmolejo and brother in law, Jaime Marmolejo, Uncle Al Luna, Jimmy Luna, Aunt Ophelia Riecher, Aunt Alice Metzler & Uncle Paul Delmas. 6 nieces and nephews, 6 1/2 great nieces & great nephews, 1 great great niece. And numerous cousins around the country.
