Joan M. Okonski age 75 of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.  Joan was born on September 16, 1946 in Bremond, Texas.  She was a former Catholic Sister of Divine Providence for 25 years and retired as an Occupational Therapist.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Sr. and Eleonora Okonski and is survived by her siblings, Barbara Palasota and husband James, Floyd Okonski, Jr. and wife Laura; nieces and nephews, Sr. Jeanette Palasota, Melissa Gilbert (Chris), Tina Palasota, Tony Okonski (Angela), Nathan Okonski (Rosie); great nieces, Stella Gilbert, Mary Okonski, Magdalene Okonski, Kateri Okonski, Eleanora Okonski, Lily Emerson; great nephews, Thomas Okonski, Lucas Okonski, and Lawrence Emerson.
