Javier "Jerry G" Guajardo was born on August 7, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas and went to be with the Lord at the age of 83 on October 7, 2023.

Javier graduated from Edgewood High School and then started his career serving his country in the US Army. He continued his service in the US Air Force. He spent 30 years in Civil Service at Fort Sam Houston.

He was preceded in death by his parents Juan and Maria. As well as his siblings Maricela and Pete along with his daughter Sheila.

Javier is survived by aunt Elvira Gutierrez, wife Cynthia, brother and wife Mr. and Mrs. George Guajardo, sister-in-law Ruth Guajardo, with numerous nieces and nephews. As well as his children Cynthia, Jon, Anthony, Albert and Javier as well as numerous grand and great-grandchildren.
