Ms. Janie Montez left us to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Friday July 21, 2017.

Janie was a longtime parishioner of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church where she was a member of the Guadalupanas and Choir Group.

She was a wonderful caring person, who helped others in any way she could. She loved her family and friends and was always a joy to be around. She will be greatly missed.

Ms. Montez was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Ramon Montez and Mrs. Emilia Montez.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Diane Navaira (Albert), Ramon Montez (Maria), Salvador Montez (Madeline), Mary Ann Gill (Ventura), Josie Hernandez and Irene Montez;

her god children, Wesley Navaira, Valerie Montez, Levi Montez, April Hernandez, Benjamin Rivera, Myles Jones and Taven Sanchez and an additional 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and 14 great nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL SERVICES


Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 25, at 6:00 PM with the Rosary to be recited
at 7:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel

Procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, July 26, at 9:30 AM
with the funeral mass to be offered at 10:00 AM
at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church

Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park
