Mr. James "Jim" Jones age 81 of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019.

Mr. Jones honorably served two tours in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.  He retired from the United States Army and then went on to work for the Veterans Administration and retired after 21 years of civil service.

Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his mother Josephine Jones of Los Angeles, California.  He is survived by his wife of 51 years Carmen and his beloved daughter Rebecca Borges and daughter in law Denise Borges and nephew Joe A. Alvarez.

We would like to thank all of our family and friends for always being there for Jim and Carmen during these difficult times.

FUNERAL SERVICES

A viewing will begin at The Angelus Funeral Home on Tuesday March 5th beginning at 8:00 a.m. with a Rosary to follow at 9:30 a.m.  Interment will follow directly at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.

A luncheon will follow at 12 noon at Grady's BBQ located at 4109 Fredericksburg Rd.
