Isidoro Leos, Jr. of San Antonio, Texas passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025 at the age of 90.
Born on April 4, 1935 in New Braunfels, Texas, Isidoro "Izzy" was a loving and dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, godfather, and friend. He was a true gentleman that touched the lives of many with his profound sense of humor, warmth, and outgoing nature.
A graduate of Fox Tech's Class of 1955, he went on to study Accounting at San Antonio College. After a decorated career in civil service of 39 years with the Air Force, he retired as a GS-13 Branch Chief with an Unlimited Contracting Officer Warrant. Once in retirement, he continued to manage Leos Bookkeeping Service, a family business started by his father.
Isidoro enjoyed frequent visits to Mexico City with his wife Yolanda. In his later years, he had established a tradition of attending an annual Packers game with his sons. A dedicated Yankees fan, he relished in a dream come true by watching them beat the Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium in 2019. He then ventured across the Atlantic to Paris, France, where he frequented the Luxembourg Gardens on his morning walks.
Isidoro is survived by his sons, Carlos and Hector (Amanda), grandchildren Alejandra Carolina (Maxwell), Danica Rose, Gabriella Faith, Isabelle Ruth, Christopher Aden, and Emma Sophia, brothers Guadalupe (Ana Marie) and Fernando.
He was preceded in joining the Lord by his beloved wife of 58 years Yolanda (née Perez), his parents, Isidoro Leos, Sr. and Concepcion (née Montoya), his sister Manuela Villarreal, and brother Reynaldo.
