Isabel Cristina Núñez, age 51, died on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in her home. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother as well as an avid dog and cat lover. She will be greatly missed by many, and her absence will leave a great void in the hearts of those lives she touched in her unique way, especially her one-of-a-kind cooking. In her life, Isabel helped others in their path, but she also overcame diverse struggles that made her the very resilient person she was. Her love for music and dancing were endearing but most of all, her laughter will bring back memories of times gone but not forgotten.

Isabel was preceded in death by her mother, Consuelo M. Núñez and her son, Arturo Cortez. She is survived by her husband, Juan A. Ramos and children: son Sergio Cortez, Jr. (Yuraira), daughters Brenda Fajardo, Marla Garcia (Blas), Jessica Silva (Jabier), Barbara Garcia, and Connie Ann Johnson, as well as stepchildren Erica Rodriguez(Jesus), Lindy Rodriguez (Jorge), Juan Tony Ramos( Mel) who viewed her lovingly; father Roberto Núñez Tarango; siblings Roberto  Núñez  (Rocio), Azalia Reyes (Filimon), Ruben Núñez (Melissa), Guillermo Núñez (Alma), Mario Núñez, and Ulises A. Núñez (Ofelia); a total of 28 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Isabel Cristina Núñez, de 51 años de edad, falleció el martes 14 de mayo de 2019 en su casa. Era una amada esposa, madre y abuela, así como una ávida amante de los perros y gatos. Ella será extrañada por muchos, y su ausencia dejará un gran vacío en el corazón de las vidas que tocó en su manera única, especialmente su cocinar inigualable. En su vida, Isabel ayudó a otros en su camino, pero también superó diversas luchas que la hicieron la persona acerada que era. Su amor por la música y el baile eran entrañables, y sobre todo, su risa traerá recuerdos de tiempos que se han ido pero no olvidados.

Isabel está precedida en muerte por su madre, Consuelo M. Núñez y su hijo, Arturo Cortez. Le sobreviven su marido, Juan A. Ramos y sus hijos: Sergio Cortez, Jr. (Yuraira), Brenda Fajardo, Marla García (Blas), Jessica Silva (Jabier), Barbara García, y Connie Ann Johnson; así como a Erica Rodríguez (Jesús), Lindy Rodríguez (Jorge), Juan Tony Ramos (Mel) quienes la vieron con amor maternal; padre Roberto Núñez Tarango; hermanos Roberto Núñez (Rocio), Azalia Reyes (Filimón), Rubén Núñez (Melissa), Guillermo Núñez (Alma), Mario Núñez, y Ulises A. Núñez (Ofelia); un total de 28 nietos y numerosos sobrinos y sobrinas.
