Isabel Navarro Coultress was called to heaven by the Lord on January 18, 2015. Born on March 18, 1925, Mother was loved by her extended family and was preceded in death by her parents Manuel and Isabel Navarro, her husband (our father) James G. Coultress; her brothers Manuel, Leonardo, Ramon; sisters Guillermina and Lupita; and survived by her brothers Jose and Antonio Navarro and sister Josefina Mireles (Samuel). Her strong faith in the Lord was instrumental in raising her children James N. Coultress (Sylvia), Leonard N. Coultress (Connie), George N. Coultress, and Isabel C. Gonzaba (Victor) after the death of our father. Grandma Bell's grandchildren include James Coultress (Grace), Russell Coultress (Julie); John Gonzaba (Wendy), Stephanie O'Neill (Todd), Jennifer Estrada, Jodi Davey (Graham), Sandra Wilson (Luke), Crystal Coultress; George Coultress Jr. (Katie). Grandma Bell's great grandchildren: Jade, James, Jenaye, Jacob, Caleb, Brian, Pilar, Isabel, Sarah, Emily, Claire, Jenna, Lillian, Madison, and Olivia. Mother held the position of Church Secretary for over twenty years along with several other positions. Our mother will be missed greatly by all her family. Services will be held at The Angelus Funeral Home, 1119 St. Mary's, San Antonio, TX, 210.227.1461. Visitation on Sunday, January 25, at 3:00 P.M with a service at 6:00 P.M. On Monday, January 26, we will leave the funeral home at 10:00 A.M. and arrive for an 11:00 A.M. service at Templo Gethsemani, 519 Commercial Ave, San Antonio, TX. Burial will follow in San Fernando Cemetery # 3.
