HORTENCIA GONZALEZ MARTINEZ

Mrs. Hortencia Gonzalez Martinez age 94 of San Antonio passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. Mrs. Martinez was preceded in death by her husband, Santos T. Martinez, Sr.; son, Rogelio G. Martinez; and siblings, Simon, Jose "Pepe", and Consuelo.  She is survived by her children, Santos G. Martinez, Jr. of St. Paul, Minnesota, Yolanda Martinez Navarro (Jose "Coco" Nazario), Laura Martinez-Palenske (Peter); grandchildren, Richard Erik Navarro (Rose), Alexander Martinez (Christine), Heather Lopez (Manny); great-grandchildren, Shane, Theodore, Dominique, Penelope, and Lila Elle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Monday, July 11, at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, July 12, at 9:30 A.M. for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. Paul's Catholic Church.  Burial will follow in San Fernando Archdiocesan Cemetery # 2.
