Guadalupe O'Campo Martinez, age 58, of San Antonio, passed away on January 2, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Exzekiel and Marina (Zamora) O'Campo; sisters, Jo Ann Mendez, Rafaela Garcia, and Mary Alice O'Campo. Guadalupe is survived by her sisters, Rosie O. Martinez, and fiance, Silver Mireles and Christine O. Chapa and husband Johnny J. Chapa; brother, Exzekiel O'Campo, Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews. Family would like to thank Donny and the staff at South Texas Renal Westover Hills for all their care and support. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 7, at 5:00 PM with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, January 8, at 10:00 AM at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No. 3. In lieu of flowers, family would like memorial donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association, 1100 NE Loop 410 #110, San Antonio, TX 78209.
