Mrs. Gloria Torres age 91 of San Antonio passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017.

Mrs. Torres was a longtime parishioner of St. James Catholic Church where she was a member of the Guadalupanas, Altar Society, and served as a Eucharistic Minister and Lecturer. She was a past member of the League of Exceptional Children, Mission Art Group and studied art at the S.A. Parks and Recreation Commanders House.

Mrs. Torres was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Torres; son, Ernest C. Torres and brother, Rev. Carlos Quintana. She is survived by her sons, Robert J. Torres (Esther), and Richard Torres (Elizabeth); sister, Delia Trevino; 7 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Tuesday, July 18, at 5:00 P.M. with a

Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel.

Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, July 19, at 10:00 A.M.

at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery #2.
