At the age of 71, Gloria M. Martinez peacefully joined the Lord Sunday, December 12, 2021.  Gloria was born April 2, 1950 in San Antonio, Texas, daughter of Valentin D. Mora and Josephine Garcia Mora.

She was a graduate of Harlandale High School and the University of Texas, Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Gloria retired from SAISD.

She is survived by her son, Joseph Martinez, and dog Dante.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Mary Louise Guerra, brother Valentine G. Mora Jr., sister in law Rachel Mora, niece Belinda M. Marr, brother in law Edward F. Guerra, Nancy Guerra, and nephew, Edward A. Guerra.

MEMORIAL SERVICES

Services are Wednesday, December 29, 2021 - A Memorial Rosary will be recited at 1:00 PM at St. John Berchmans on 1147 Cupples Rd San Antonio, TX, 78226.  The Funeral Mass immediately follows at 1:30 PM.  The Rite of Committal and Entombment will follow at 2:45 PM at San Fernando Cemetery III Mausoleum.
