Gavin Zachary Guedea born on June 2, 1995 passed away on August 28, 2014. Gavin was a recent graduate of Warren High School and worked at McAllister's Deli. Gavin was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gilbert Carrasco Jr. He is survived by his parents: Carlos and Cathy Guedea; his brother, Gian Guedea; his grandmothers: Janie Carrasco and Paulette Alvarez; his grandfather and grandmother, Charlie and Claudia Guedea; his uncles: Chris Guedea and Gilbert Carrasco III; his aunts: Melanie Carrasco and Michelle Ugarte; also numerous great-aunts, uncles and cousins here in San Antonio as well as in Pasadena, Texas. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 5, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. in The Angelus Chapel with a Rosary to be recited in Gavin's honor at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services will conclude at the church.
