Frances Gomez Bustos, age 80, passed away peacefully on Friday January 10, 2025. Born September 30, 1944, she was preceded in death by her husband Felix Bustos, parents Frank and Ciprianita Gomez and a long list of family uncles and aunts and friends.

She was a retired school teacher and graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. Frances was the first in our family to receive a college degree with a master's degree in ED from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Frances truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, spending time with her nephews and nieces and playing video games on her phone. She had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive ways.

She is survived by her siblings and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Frances touched are invited to celebrate her life with us.
