Fernando R. Valdez born on January 20, 1943 was called to our Father's house on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Leaving behind the love of his life and beautiful wife, Margarita Guzman Valdez; children, Isabel Valdez Stevens (Daniel J. Stevens), Fernando R. Valdez, Jr. (Grace Lopez), Gerardo Guzman Valdez (Almeda Valdez); 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

FUNERAL SERVICES

Visitation will begin on Monday, March 28, at 5:00 P.M. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at the Angelus Chapel. Funeral Mass will be offered on Tuesday, March 29, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Helotes. Burial will take place at a later date at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
