Eva Rocha, 89, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026.
Eva Rocha was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and treasured friend whose life was defined by hard work, generosity, and a remarkable sense of humor. She was the heart of her family, bringing everyone together with her warmth and kindness. Nothing brought her greater joy than celebrating birthdays, holidays, life's special moments, creating traditions and memories that her family will carry with them forever.
Although her family grieves the loss of her physical presence, they find comfort in the many memories she leaves behind and in the enduring example of a life lived with love, strength, humility, and grace.
Eva is survived by her beloved husband of 69 years, Robert Rocha; her devoted children, Diane (Fernando) Garcia, Bertha (Carl) Cheaney, Sandra Villaseñor, and Robert (Cynthia) Rocha; her cherished grandchildren, Crystal, Andres (Anna), Nicholas (Lisa), Marshall, Catherine, Antonio, and Paloma; and her precious great-grandchildren, Aaron and Roman.
Eva's legacy lives on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
